Merry Christmas....

Well it was a great Christmas for us all, the kids got all they wanted and more! The biggest gift of the year was of course their WII, they were so excited that Santa brought them a WII (pretty cool Santa if you ask me... :] ) Well it was great this year to have my mom, dad, and sister spend the night with us so we were all toghther on Christmas morning. But I have to say the funnest part of the day was getting the WII up and going we spent a few hours boxing, cow racing, bowling and golfing it was a blast but I have to say I can barely move my arms today! Well I hope all of you had a Merry Christmas but most importantly I wish you all a very happy and healthy new year...

Award day!!

Today Zach received a climbing higher award, it is an award that is given to a student when they have done an outstanding job on something. Zach has recevied this award every year for something diffrent today it was for getting 100% on his words!! He always is so excited when he gets school awards, I hope he keeps up this enthusiasm that he has for school because he is such a smart little boy!!

Hunter's "8"

Happy birthday to Hunter I can't believe he is 8 years old already and he gets cuter and sweeter every year that goes by!!! We spent his birthday at Hollywood Connection that is where he chose to have his birthday party and it was lots of fun for the kids... They played minature golf and rode on some of the rides that they have there... Anyway he said he had fun so I guess it was another succesful birthday party.....

Winter Wonderland....

Let it snow... I woke up on Saturday morning opened my bedroom blinds to see the beautiful snow and to my surprise we had alot more snow than I thought we were going to get but also the neighbor's tree in our yard.... We had this same problem in the summer with that stupid tree breaking and falling in our yard but it was much easier to clean up in the summer!! So I guess it will be there for a bit, I could send the kids out to decorate it... :} But besides that the snow was awesome and the kids had a blast playing in it.....

New purchase

Well I thought I would post a few of our new purchases, we bought a new living room set and I am so excited because it has been over 10yrs since I have had new couches. We also bought a little fireplace it makes it look so cozy in here and it for sure makes my living room a whole lot warmer. I will post everything when it is complete. My chair, ottaman, and tables are still on backorder and I am going to paint as soon as Christmas is over. I can't wait until everything is done it will look like a whole new room!!!

Happy Thanksgiving....

Well it was another great Thanksgiving.. I love seeing all the family because clearly we do not see each other enough throughout the year. Everyone was able to make it this year and all the little kids are growing up so fast that it was so great to see them all togther. After dinner we had our big Texas hold em game like we have done the past couple of years so I guess it is our tradition every year now.. I do have to brag though because I took first on the very first game we played!!!! YEAH!! Anyway it was a great day and I am glad we could spend it toghther I love you all....

Well tonight the kids got to finally carve their pumpkins, it was lots of fun but of course it does not take them long to get bored with it and then guess who has to take over mom and dad.... Anyway they are super excited for Halloween so stay tuned to see their cute Halloween costumes!

Fun Halloween Weekend...

Well this weekend was lots of fun, on Friday night we went to my cousin Jer and Staci's house for a Halloween party. We had tons of fun!! On Saturday night my friend Jana from work also had a Halloween party. Before her party me, Bob, Mindy, Jeff, Julie and Jason went to dinner at Chili's and then to Jana's after Jana's we went back to Julie's for a little Karoke and a few drinks. Needless to say it was a pretty fun weekend. Here are some random pictures from both nights!!!!

Well I finally have a picture of my one and only lovely,charming, and intelligent sister Lori.... It's a funny story you see she commented on one of my postings asking if I perhaps had a family because I do not have any pictures of them and as you can see this blog is mainly made up of my children and friends... But I do have a family I have a mommy a daddy and a sister and even though there are not any pictures of them I still love them lots and lots!!And also I do have to defend myself in saying she probably would not let me post many pictures of her anyway because that is how she is!!! No Kids.......

Well on a sad note I have no pictures but since I have not updated my blog for awhile I thought I would fill you all in on what has been going on. Well my mom has had my kids since last Friday and they are not coming home until Monday which means they will have been gone 10 whole days.... I have to say although we miss them lots it has been so quite and the house has stayed so clean! But I ask myself this question many times, what did we do for the 5yrs we were married before we had kids????? Because honestly we are so bored without them. Well anyway nothing exciting to report and I can't wait to see the kids again soon. Stayed tuned for fun Halloween pictures!!!!

Fight night....

Tonight was the Ultimate Combat fights and we had two great friends fighting tonight. The first one was Shaunty and with the great help of Drew his trainer and also our other fighter tonight it was a victory for Shaunty!! YEAH!!!! This was Shaunty's first fight ever and he did great.. Although I spent most of the fight covering my eyes and screaming at the top of my lungs I was still so excited... But then on a sad note Drew was not as lucky to get a victory tonight! But this was not Drew's first fight he has fought many times and has won alot so we are still so proud of him... Also you will see a picture of Mindy posted below after a few to many drinks she volunteered and was picked to go into the ring for some half time entertainment, she had to do push up's against her competitor which was a guy and she smoked him.... Good job Mindy!! Anyway with all that said it was a fun night!!
