Pumpkin Carving

Well tonight the kids got to finally carve their pumpkins, it was lots of fun but of course it does not take them long to get bored with it and then guess who has to take over mom and dad.... Anyway they are super excited for Halloween so stay tuned to see their cute Halloween costumes!

Fun Halloween Weekend...

Well this weekend was lots of fun, on Friday night we went to my cousin Jer and Staci's house for a Halloween party. We had tons of fun!! On Saturday night my friend Jana from work also had a Halloween party. Before her party me, Bob, Mindy, Jeff, Julie and Jason went to dinner at Chili's and then to Jana's after Jana's we went back to Julie's for a little Karoke and a few drinks. Needless to say it was a pretty fun weekend. Here are some random pictures from both nights!!!!

Well I finally have a picture of my one and only lovely,charming, and intelligent sister Lori.... It's a funny story you see she commented on one of my postings asking if I perhaps had a family because I do not have any pictures of them and as you can see this blog is mainly made up of my children and friends... But I do have a family I have a mommy a daddy and a sister and even though there are not any pictures of them I still love them lots and lots!!And also I do have to defend myself in saying she probably would not let me post many pictures of her anyway because that is how she is!!! So here you go Lori your very own blog posting.. Love ya sis!

No Kids.......

Well on a sad note I have no pictures but since I have not updated my blog for awhile I thought I would fill you all in on what has been going on. Well my mom has had my kids since last Friday and they are not coming home until Monday which means they will have been gone 10 whole days.... I have to say although we miss them lots it has been so quite and the house has stayed so clean! But I ask myself this question many times, what did we do for the 5yrs we were married before we had kids????? Because honestly we are so bored without them. Well anyway nothing exciting to report and I can't wait to see the kids again soon. Stayed tuned for fun Halloween pictures!!!!

Fight night....

Tonight was the Ultimate Combat fights and we had two great friends fighting tonight. The first one was Shaunty and with the great help of Drew his trainer and also our other fighter tonight it was a victory for Shaunty!! YEAH!!!! This was Shaunty's first fight ever and he did great.. Although I spent most of the fight covering my eyes and screaming at the top of my lungs I was still so excited... But then on a sad note Drew was not as lucky to get a victory tonight! But this was not Drew's first fight he has fought many times and has won alot so we are still so proud of him... Also you will see a picture of Mindy posted below after a few to many drinks she volunteered and was picked to go into the ring for some half time entertainment, she had to do push up's against her competitor which was a guy and she smoked him.... Good job Mindy!! Anyway with all that said it was a fun night!!

This is me and Catherine one of my best friends from forever ago, and although I could write a whole blog about our past I will spare you.. Needless to say I don't get to see her nearly enough but it is always a great time when I do!

Even though this picture did not turn out I still had to prove Mindy was in the ring for some half time entertainment.. She is in the pink cheering on her competion doing push up's!!!

Hunter's project..

Well Hunter has a school reflections project coming up and the theme this year is "I can make a diffrence by" Hunter has chosen to pick the photography category for this theme, we thought of some great ideas for this project and wanted to share of few of them with all of you. My friend Darlene's mom is in a rehabilitation center and Hunter wanted to go read to her and serve her lunch to show he could make a diffrence by helping out the elderly,helping his mom and helping to keep the inviroment clean. This is a perfect project for Hunter because he is such a compassionate little boy and loves to help everyone, and even if this was not a project I know Hunter would have still enjoyed reading to Darlene's mom she was such a great lady...... I know Hunter will do great in this reflections contest!!

Grey's night....

Although I have no pictures to post I thought I would write about it anyway! On Thursday night I went to Julie's house to watch Grey's Anatomy (our favorite show). Although we have only watched a couple of times togther it is always fun, but what made things even better is how well Julie's mom fed us. Julie's mommy was in town because Jul's had a second knee surgery and there is nothing better then your Mom there to take care of you. Needless to say when she comes in town it is great for Julie because not only is she a great Mom she is such a GREAT little baker. We had yummy homemade chicken noodle soup over potatoes and to top it off like that was not good enough but we had homemade cinnamon rolls (you heard it right homemade!!) Well anyway it was lots of fun... Thanks Jul's!!
